Giardino Di Scarpa Limoncello Spritz

A classic Italian Limoncello Spritz is a beautifully balanced 3–2–1 cocktail.

3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts chilled Limoncello, and 1 part soda water. Fill a large wine glass generously with ice. Pour in the Prosecco, add the Limoncello, then top with soda water. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and a sprig of
mint.

60 ml (2 oz) chilled Giardino Di Scarpa Limoncello
30 ml (1 oz) soda water
Ice cubes
Fresh lemon slices
