Method

Fill a short crystal tumbler with ice, if desired.

Pour 60ml (2oz) of Giardino Di Scarpa Coffee Liqueur into the glass. Slowly layer fresh pouring cream over the back of a spoon, allowing it to float gently above the liqueur and create a striking two-tone presentation.

Serve as is for a classic layered experience, or gently stir before drinking to marry the rich coffee character with the velvety cream.
